Our hard copy prints are usually shipped rolled in a tube via USPS Priority Mail.
Large orders of 25 or more hard copy maps can be requested in flat packaging. We may request additional shipping
charges for these shipments and will work individually with our customers to minimize such charges.
We will also ship via Federal Express or UPS if our customers choose these providers. Customers are responsible for any
additional shipping charges required by these providers.
Items ordered from our standard catalog by individuals for their private use may be returned if we are contacted within 7 days of receipt.
Please request an RMA number by email before shipping the item(s) back to us. The purchase price of an item, less shipping and handling,
will be refunded when the item(s) are received and inspected. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Items ordered for business use, items customized for a customer or digital versions of our products are not refundable.
